Complaint process

The Board of Funeral Services accepts consumer complaints. If you have a problem, we encourage you to discuss the matter with the funeral director or transfer service. If you are unable to resolve the matter to your satisfaction visit the Board's website www.funeralboard.com or email the Board at: info @ funeralboard.com for assistance in proceeding with your complaint.
